The purity Range was founded by Sharon Richards in 2018. The ethos behind the products is that they must contain nothing but 100% natural ingredient, and be organic wherever organic is available.
Sharon has had a long relationship with all things natural, starting with making her very own rose petal perfume, which she sold to neighbours when only 7 years old!
Her 16th birthday had her receive the Vogue Natural Health and Beauty book, from which she started making all sorts of hair and skin preparations for family and friends.
The learning process has never ended, with having participated in various courses on essential oils and blending during the past 20 years.
Sharon became a nutritionist 18 years ago, after suffering severe health problems, and opened a clinic in Welwyn Garden City that focuses on allergy and associated gut health. Through running the Barn Clinic, Sharon has seen many, many people with skin disorders and listened to her clients desire to move away from steroid creams and petroleum jelly.
She formulated bespoke creams for many of her clients with wonderful results, and this drove her to study formally and be qualified. The Phytoceutical Skincare Course was with the MSCM and she passed not only with distinction, but also received a commendation.
Always with healing and repairing at the forefront of her formulations, her launch product – Phytoceutical Anti-Ageing Serum – is finally here. It took 3 years to develop, as it contains so many plant actives, which makes it complicated! Perseverance paid off, however, and is now on the market.
She maintains that all of her products will have the edge of containing healing properties, rather than having ingredients purely for cosmetic value. All of her products comply with vegan rules.
Many other products are in the pipeline and will be launched as and when they have been tested thoroughly.
